This Privacy Policy explains how Pocket Pet ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the App.

Pocket Pet is a virtual pet game that allows you to care for a virtual pet, complete daily quests, earn rewards, customize your pet and room, and optionally view advertisements or make in-app purchases.

This information is used to provide the game's functionality and maintain your progress. Unless a future feature specifically requires an account or online synchronization, this game data is primarily stored locally on your device.

3. Advertising

Pocket Pet may display advertisements using third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob. Advertising providers may automatically collect certain information from your device and your interaction with advertisements. Depending on the advertising configuration and applicable consent choices, this may include IP address, advertising or device identifiers, app and advertisement interactions, video views, diagnostic information, and information used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

4. Advertising Consent

Pocket Pet does not directly receive or store your complete payment card, bank account or other payment credentials.

The App may store information necessary to provide purchased features and game functionality. If cloud services or account-based synchronization are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features are introduced.

7. Analytics and Diagnostics

We may use analytics, crash reporting, or diagnostic services to understand app crashes, performance problems, application stability, general feature usage, and technical errors. These services may collect device, operating-system, application-version, performance and diagnostic information to improve Pocket Pet and fix technical problems.

8. Notifications

Pocket Pet may request permission to send local notifications for daily rewards, quest reminders, pet-related reminders, streak reminders, and other game events. You can disable notifications through the App or your device settings where supported.

9. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Pocket Pet does not intentionally request or collect contacts, phone call information, SMS messages, photos or videos, microphone recordings, precise GPS location, or health information, unless a future feature specifically requires such information and appropriate disclosure and permissions are provided.

10. Children's Privacy

Pocket Pet is designed as a general-audience entertainment game and is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If the App is later made available specifically to children or included in a child-directed audience, its privacy practices, advertising configuration and applicable platform requirements will be reviewed and updated accordingly.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App and its service providers. Information transmitted by supported third-party services is protected using appropriate security technologies, such as encryption in transit where provided by those services. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Game data stored locally on your device generally remains until you delete the data, uninstall the App, or the App removes or resets the relevant information. Information processed by third-party services, such as advertising or purchase providers, is retained according to their respective policies and applicable requirements.

13. Data Deletion

Because the current version of Pocket Pet does not require users to create an online account, most game data is stored locally on the device. You can generally remove locally stored game data by uninstalling Pocket Pet or clearing the App's storage/data through your device settings, where available. If a future version introduces accounts or cloud storage, we will provide an appropriate method for requesting deletion of account-associated data.

14. Third-Party Services

Pocket Pet may use third-party services to provide advertising, app distribution, purchases, diagnostics, analytics, or other technical functionality. Examples may include Google Play services, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Apple App Store services where applicable, and crash reporting or analytics services used by the App. The specific third-party services used by the current version of the App will be reflected in the App's data disclosures and Google Play Data Safety information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Pocket Pet introduces new features, services, advertising providers, analytics tools, account functionality, or other changes that affect privacy. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
